The alcohol proof of Gnpi Meunier Altitude is intentional. At 42% ABV, it creates the perfect blend of ingredients: water, herbal distillates, and syrup, harmoniously integrated to give this gnpi liqueur its ideal balance.

Tasting Notes

  • Visual
    Intense gold color with silvery reflections and hints of green wormwood.

  • Nose
    Dominated by fresh plant notes like verbena, lemongrass, and peppermint, complemented by drier aromas of chamomile, thyme, and oregano.

  • Palate
    Ample and harmonious, with flavors of scots pine and citron. Floral notes of elderflower and dried rose emerge. The gnpi plant is present but balanced, allowing the full complexity of the distillate to shine through, culminating in a fresh and light finish.

Perfect Serve

    Best served in a simple wine glass or over ice in an Old Fashioned-style glass.

    Slightly chilled (10-14C) to very chilled. Like most of our Gnpis, this can also be enjoyed on ice or with soda water, garnished with citrus zest.
